The Monument to Party Founding was built in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, in October Juche 84(1995) in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Workers` Party of Korea.
The monument, that depicts a hammer, sickle and writing brush held by a worker, farmer and intellectual, gives a strong impression to foreign visitors.
After looking round the monument, the general secretary of the Spanish People`s Communist Party said that it shows in an intensive and concise way the revolutionary will of the Korean people and the Party and demonstrates their gigantic power.
