The participants in the 2nd meeting of Board of Directors and general assembly of members of the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation including co-chairman Johnny Hon visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun where President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il lie in state on October 5, Juche 105 (2016).
They paid the greatest tribute to them in front of their statues with boundless reverence for the great leaders who had performed immortal exploits for the people’s happiness and the cause of global independence.
In the halls where the great leaders are preserved in their lifetime appearance, they made deep bows to them.
They looked round the halls housing the orders and medals the great leaders had received and the coaches, cars, boat and battery-powered car they had used for field guidance tours and foreign visits till the last moments of their lives with keen interest.
Co-chairman Johnny Hon made an entry in the visitors’ book. He said he was deeply moved by the life and energies devoted by the great leaders to the happiness of people and he would cherish the memory of this visit.
