Wreathes Laid in Memory of Fallen Soldiers

Wreathes were laid at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong, the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in Sinmi-ri and the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery to mark war victory day (July 27).

Wreathes bearing the name of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un were seen at the wreath stands of the cemeteries.

The participants observed a moment’s silence in memory of the martyrs who had unsparingly dedicated their prime of youth and lives to the sacred struggle for glorifying the ever-victorious history and tradition of Juche Korea, true to the ideology and leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Wreathes were also placed at the martyrs’ statues and cemeteries, monuments to the fallen soldiers of the Korean People’s Army and graves throughout the country.
