On June 1, a variety of events took place in Pyongyang and provinces of the DPRK in celebration of the 69th anniversary of International Children’s Day.
In commemorative gatherings children showed the bright and cheerful image of them, who enjoy only happiness as the king of the country, through dances and rhythmic gymnastics.
Whenever cute little players flaunted their skills in games, spectators gave a big applause and cheered enthusiastically.
At the friendly get-together held in the Taesongsan Amusement Park, the children from kindergartens in Pyongyang and foreign boys and girls also played together sharing friendly feelings.
Meanwhile, the commemorative meeting of the disabled children was held at the Taedonggang District Indoor Stadium.
