Service personnel, broad segments of people and schoolchildren around the country visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il in their localities to pay homage to them on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the demise of the founding father of socialist Korea.
Mansu Hill where the statues stand was flooded with people who are devoting themselves to holding the great leaders in high esteem as the eternal Sun of Juche and carrying out their instructions with patriotism and loyalty.
A basket of flowers sent by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was seen in front of the statues.
Floral baskets also came from the Party, military and power organs, social organizations, ministries, national agencies, military units, and institutions, industrial establishments and schools in Pyongyang.
The same was the case with other places of the countries.
