The historic inter-Korean summit meeting and talks in Korea’s Panmunjom was hailed around the world.
Leaders of Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Finland, Cambodia and Laos welcomed the summit designed to put an end to decades-long confrontation between the north and south of Korea, saying the event marks an occasion in securing global peace.
Appreciating the signing of the Panmunjom Declaration by the Korean leaders, they said the declaration serves as a key foundation for putting an end to war on the Korean peninsula.
