One day in September 2011, Chairman Kim Jong Il went to see the Pothongmun Street Fish and Meat Shop nearing to completion.
The Chairman looked round every floor of the nice Shop paying no regard to his health and gave a valuable teaching concerning its service. Subsequently he obliged the manager to see the art performance given by employees.
The time was fairly advanced so soon and the Chairman had time to leave the Shop.
The Chairman stopped his walking to see the whole view of the Shop again for a long time as if the happy laughing voice of people were just heard and turned his eyes to the manager.
The Chairman eagerly requested the manager, who was reluctant to leave him, to get all employees work for better services to the people as servants who work at the Shop the Party built for people.
His teaching was the earnest request of the benevolent father which beaten high with the loving care for the people.
