It was December Juche 90(2001) when Chairman Kim Jong Il visited a public service unit in Jagang Province.
Being so pleased to see the nice unit going to help the people’s diet, the Chairman was about to come outside, but suddenly stopped in front of a staircase.
The staircase looked perfect as it was covered with ground stones.
Saying that it is better to use there the stones not ground, the Chairman warned that the ground stones paved in the outside might cause people to slide and fall in winter.
It was the staircase everyone went up and down carelessly, but the Chairman only did not look at it unintentionally, as he hadn’t neglected anything in his work for people.
