A Russian Politician Admired His Noble Personality

One day in April 2002, Chairman Kim Jong Il arranged a dinner in honor of Pulikovski, the chief delegate designated by president of Russian Federation to the Far East Federal District and his troupe who were on a visit to our country.

His son who was serving in the Russian army also attended the dinner together with the chief delegate.

In this very place of honor, his son had a feeling of respect for the Chairman and had the honor to propose a toast to him.

Having received his greeting of celebratory drink, the Chairman proposed a toast to the memory of his elder brother who was sacrificed for his service in the army.

Both Pulikovski and his son deeply admired the Chairman for his outstanding personal magnetism and great personality.

Since then, Pulikovski have regarded his accompaniment for the Chairman’s visit to Russia in 2001 as his top luck and made public his book “Express toward the East-Making a Russia Tour with Comrade Kim Jong Il” in order to realize his wish to convey the great image of the Chairman to the rising generations.
