One May day in Juche 101 (2012), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Rungna Water Park under construction in the capital city of Pyongyang.
While going round various places of the water park, he suddenly stopped in front of a water slide and carefully examined its sliding course.
As the officials were puzzled, he said in a low voice whether there was a system of signalling the start to the people.
He said that as the sliding course was steep and multi-curved, if there was no start signal, hot-tempered young people might slide down consecutively to hit the person ahead of them, causing an accident.
After a while, he said that a light indicator should be installed on the sliding course so as to signal a person to start when the one before him or her nearly gets to the end of the slide, specifying various, rational methods to this end.
Consequently, start signal indicators were installed on the water slide in the Rungna Water Park.
