Therefore, it is important for everyone to have a correct viewpoint on fulfilling any tasks by dint of science and technology. Such viewpoint of carrying out your task with your own efforts is the appropriate one for the era of knowledge-based economy.
Then he called on all sectors and units to thoroughly establish the viewpoint and work style of overcoming difficulties by dint of science and technology and thus make it a national trait to prioritize science.
