One April day in Juche 99 (2010), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, in company with Chairman Kim Jong Il, visited the Kaeson Youth Park nearing inauguration.
With a broad smile on his face, he looked round the park as if he was picturing in his mind the people who would make a happy laughter, taking amusement facilities.
The officials accompanying him could not but be surprised when they were told that he would take a ride in mad mouse.
Not only operators but officials of the park were not willing to get firsthand experience of taking the facility, as even operators were not yet skilled in their job and there were some risky points in the running sections.
They earnestly asked him to refrain from trying the mad mouse, but he was the first to ride in it, asking them not to be too much strained. He wanted to confirm in person its safety as it would be taken by the people.
A few days later, he visited the park again to reaffirm the technical specifications and safety of various amusement facilities.
That day, he verified again their technical specifications and safety, taking on two occasions the Z-force, Volare and other amusement facilities operating in different methods.
