One day in May Juche 88(1999), Chairman Kim Jong Il visited the Saphyong Cooperative Farm in Anbyon County early in the morning to see how the various types of tractors worked.
Having perceived the efficiency, structure and operation of each tractor, he expressed his satisfaction and told the officials that farmers would be fond of them.
That day he gave the officials an instruction on the production of updated tractors to meet the actual condition of our country. And he particularly emphasized that the opinions of farmers were important as they knew much better of farming and had to operate farming machines.
It was really a dawn recorded in history never to be forgotten with his noble view on the people to consider them as the Heaven and give absolute priority to their intentions and opinions.
