North Phyongan Provincial Revolutionary Museum

It was opened on April 15, Juche 57 (1968). Materials about the glorious history of the revolutionary activities of the three commanders of Mt. Paektu and related to on-site guidance of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman
Kim Jong Il to the province are arranged in chronological order and according to different fields.

The museum also houses materials concerning the revolutionary struggle of Kim Hyong Jik, an outstanding leader of the anti-Japanese national liberation movement in Korea.

It is situated in the centre of Sinuiju City. With 60 exhibition halls, the 2-storied building has a total floor space of 10 000 square metres.
