On the occasion of the 8th anniversary of his demise, a message came from the chairman of the Maritime Territorial Branch Committee of A Just Russia, which praised Kim Jong Il as a peerless patriot and benevolent father of the people who had devoted his lifetime to the development and prosperity of his country and the well-being of the people.
