Service personnel, working people from all walks of life, youth and students visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il to place baskets of flowers to mark the 73rd anniversary of Korea’s liberation.
A basket of flowers sent by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was seen in front of the statues of the President and the Chairman on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang.
Those who paid floral tribute made bows in deep reverence for the great leaders who had liberated the country through the protracted, bloody anti-Japanese war and laid the eternal foundation for the accomplishment of the socialist cause.
Service members, working people, youth and students across the country paid respects to the great leaders at their statues and large portraits in their localities.
