Builders set up a large-scale livestock farming base in the Sepho area, Kangwon Province, true to the instructions of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.
They reclaimed the vast Sepho tableland in the face of snowstorm, rainstorm and gale that are characteristic of the area.
With confidence that they can create from nothing, the builders performed unheard-of miracles and gigantic nature-harnessing legends with the resolve to sacrifice themselves to carrying the instructions of the great leaders and the plan of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un while waging a hard struggle in the face of ice and snow.
