The high-level delegation of the DPRK led by Kim Yong Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, arrived in Pyongyang on February 27 after attending the closing ceremony of the 23rd Winter Olympics.
It came back via Kaesong.
