Service personnel of the Korean People’s Army and the Korean People’s Internal Security Forces and people from all walks of life including students and children visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il in their localities to pay homage to them on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the Korea’s liberation.
They laid baskets of flowers at the statues which read “The great Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il will always be with us.”
Gripped in much reverence for the great leaders, they made a deep bow to the President who had achieved the historic cause of the Korea’s liberation by fighting a bloody anti-Japanese war and built a socialist power, independent, self-reliant and self-defensive, on this land and to the Chairman who had laid a sound foundation for the ever-lasting prosperity of the Sun’s Korea with his tireless Songun-based revolutionary leadership.
