Agricultural workers and members of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea held a presentation on the virtues of President Kim Il Sung “President Kim Il Sung will always be with our agricultural workers” at the Chongsan Cooperative Farm in Kangso District of Nampho City on July 7 on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of his demise.
Present there were Ri Tu Song, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Han Jong Hyok, chairman of the UAWK Central Committee, Choe Yong, secretary of the Nampho City Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, officials of the UAWK and agricultural workers in Kangso District.
Speakers looked back with deep emotion on the ennobling career of the President who had continued his guidance trips to farms and fields in order to develop the country’s agriculture and provide agricultural workers with happy and affluent life.
They expressed their determination to add eternal lustre to his immortal revolutionary career and exploits and reap a rich harvest on all fields by raising the hot wind of scientific farming and high-yield farming, taking their cue from the fighting spirit of patriotic farmers of the older generation.
The presentation drew to a close with the recitation of a poem “My Field Leads to Pyongyang.”
