Top Priority to People’s Convenience

In May Juche 101 (2012), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un came to Changjon Street under construction in Pyongyang to learn about the progress of its project.

After pointing out the shortcomings revealed in the construction of public service amenities, he turned his steps to an open-air counter. Looking at its internal and external decorations, he turned his eyes to the top part of the counter.

Looking at it for a while, he said to officials: Every counter has a shade. All the open-air counters to be installed in the future must be fixed with shades so as to provide people with a shelter from rain.
