Service personnel of the Korean People’s Army, working people and youth and students visited the statues of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in different parts of the country and laid flower baskets at them on the occasion of the 89th anniversary of the founding of the Korean People’s Revolutionary Army.
Placed at the statues of the great leaders on Mansu Hill in Pyongyang were baskets of flowers in the names of Party, government and armed forces organs, public organizations, ministries and national agencies, units of the KPA and the Public Security Forces, institutions, industrial establishments and universities at all levels in the capital city of Pyongyang, and bouquets.
The visitors made a deep bow to the great leaders.
Flower baskets in the names of KPA and PSF units, institutions and enterprises were also laid at the statues of the great leaders and their smiling portraits in different parts of the city, including Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security and the Mansudae Art Studio.
KPA service personnel, working people and youth and students in other parts of the country visited the statues of the great leaders and their smiling portraits in their residential areas to pay homage to them.
