The Rinsan County Forestry Management Station is carrying on the work to protect and propagate useful animals under a far-reaching plan.
The county has five sanctuaries, including those in Sangha-ri, Songnyon-ri and Tajon-ri.
Officials of the station are directing efforts to preserve the natural environment in its original state as the number of useful animals increases every year.
Recently, they made hundreds of salt pouches, nests, feed shelves, and tens of pools and artificial caves, and feeding grounds to provide favourable conditions for the living and breeding of useful animals.
They are also giving wide publicity to various common sense related to the protection and propagation of useful animals, and laws and regulations for people to obey in the sanctuaries.
