Korean Photo, Book and Art Exhibition Opened in China

A DPRK photo, book and art exhibition opened on April 9 in Beijing on the occasion of the first anniversary of the historic China visit by Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and China.

Seen at the venue were photos showing the immortal exploits President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un performed for the development of bilateral ties.

Also on show were the works of the peerlessly great men, books introducing the proud reality of Juche Korea, art works showing the creative talents of the Korean people.

At the opening ceremony, the vice-president of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries said that the leaders of elder generations of the two countries had forged the traditional ties, expressing his willingness to strive to open up a new era of the Sino-DPRK friendship.

The exhibition will last till May 8.
